The Condado Plaza Hotel San Juan

I loved the place, everything was good. The room was updated and modern with excellent view, beds right at front door as expected. The staff were both affable and accommodating. The poolside restaurant was nice with lots of meals in the menu.

Came in San Juan to relax and have fun, this iconic hotel was decent place for doing it. The room I booked was cleaned and available with 2 beds. The outdoor bar was nice.

I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with a nice view and the balcony and beds right at front door. Everything was nice, even so a few employees were really slow. Poolside bar was great.

Fabulous, 4-star hotel with accommodating staff and good wifi. The pool was great and I had hot drinks in the poolside bar.

The hotel is an iconic place with bright rooms. The rooms with an amazing view and the balcony, for instance.

The hotel is fairly clean, with attentive personal, and offers perfect location so close to Old San Juan and the airport and other beaches. The property offers a lot of food that was good!

We had an incredible stay at this well-maintained and traditional hotel. Plenty of food at breakfast, such as fresh fruit, omelet, eggs and cheese.

The breakfast was fresh, the room was light filled and normal double. Staff were ready to help and kept it all spotless. The bar area was cozy, I loved it. The location was about 0.5 miles from the airport.

It was surely a really great stay for 4 nights for a family vacation. The rooms were impressive with breakfasts included, the staff were exceptional.

We loved our stay. The room was well-kept and brand-new, the hotel was fairly clean. Besides, the location was best possible for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Luis Munoz Rivera Park.

Low cost hotel, clean, employees are knowledgeable, and location is stunning next to beach. Condado district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting.

Historic building, caring personnel, great-sized rooms. I had good bed and a luxurious bathroom. Hotel was spotless, being near the beach. Exceptional location of the place - 15 minutes walk from bus station.

The hotel was interesting and spotless. Room was warm enough and contemporary too. Our stay was fine, and the entire staff was adorable. Excellent access to the public beach as it was located near the coast.

Their breakfast was cold.

The venue was clean & generous sized. Room had a bright bathroom that we liked. The traditional restaurant offered cold dishes, and the breakfast was really tasty. Location was easy for exploring this sketchy area.

Views were awful.

Themed rooms, extremely accommodating staff, unbelievable setting. The pool was incredible and the garden — lovely. An amazing beach, romantic view.

Hotel was luxurious, I loved it. The staff did all they can for an excellent stay. All the services were helpful here. The beach was beautiful. Again, the property was set not too far from ashford avenue.

pleasant overnight stay in the interesting area. adequate room; early check in; comfy beds. they served outstanding omelet, fresh fruit, eggs and cheese. the room we had included terrace, coffee and iron/ironing board.

I loved the beds, they were comfortable enough, and how welcoming the staff was. Good enough, average room. Super location, not too far away from a small grassy park. Easy check-in & special service.

This place was ideal and had cool location and views, I loved it. They made my stay fairly nice. Poolside bar was executive and really clean. Situated in a local area.

Immaculate rooms and so accommodating staff - very new hotel. The rooms quite clean. It has very convenient parking, poolside bar👍

We had an ocean view from our room. 5 minutes walk to a bus station. We had goodies and coffee at Star Bucks, it was located minutes from the venue. Friendly service offered in this resort too.

They have on-site restaurant called AQUA BAR...

The bed was small.

Hotel was placed next to such tourist sites as la ventana al mar. This venue had everything we needed, we greatly enjoyed the food and service.
